1.PTFE plug valve is a type of plug valve characterized by the use of PTFE, a special material. PTFE has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and low friction coefficient, and is therefore widely used in applications that require high corrosion resistance and high sealing.
2·The plug valve itself is a type of rotary valve in the form of a closure or a plunger, which opens or closes the valve by rotating 90 degrees to connect or separate the channel port on the valve plug from the channel port on the valve body.
3·The structure of PTFE plug valves usually includes valve body, valve plug, valve stem, and sealing components. Among them, the sealing surface between the valve plug and the valve body may be made of PTFE material to ensure good performance.
