Three way plug valve is a widely used valve in industrial fluid control systems, which has unique functions and efficient working principles, making it play an important role in various fluid control situations.

1. Control flow direction: The main function of a three-way plug valve is to control the flow direction of the medium, which can achieve the conversion of the medium between three channels, thereby controlling the fluid flow direction.
2. Adjust flow rate: By rotating the valve core, the flow rate of fluid through the valve can be adjusted to achieve precise flow control.
3. Cut off the medium: The three-way plug valve can cut off the medium in the pipeline, preventing medium leakage and internal leakage of the pipeline.
4. Changing the flow direction of the medium: A three-way plug valve can change the flow direction of the medium, achieving fluid distribution and regulation.
5. Preventing particle contamination: The movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve has a wiping effect, which can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium, so small particles in the medium will not affect its performance
Working principle
The working principle of a three-way plug valve is to control the direction and flow of fluid by rotating the valve core. There is a channel on the valve core, which aligns or deviates with the channel of the valve body when the valve core rotates, thereby controlling the flow of fluid.
1. Open state: The valve core rotates to the channel alignment position, and the fluid can pass through the valve unobstructed.
2. Intermediate state: The valve core rotates to the partially aligned position, and the channel is partially blocked, reducing the flow rate when the fluid passes through.
3. Closed state: The valve core rotates to a completely offset position in the channel, preventing fluid from passing through the valve and achieving closure

Good sealing performance: Adopting a double groove sealing ring structure, the sealing pressure between the sealing pairs of the plug gradually changes during rotation until it reaches the fully open or fully closed position, generating sufficient sealing pressure, The sealing pair achieves zero leakage
3. Strong adaptability: The medium can flow in both directions, and the installation direction is not restricted, enabling online maintenance and use more convenient
4. Flexible operation: can be manually or automatically controlled, with flexibility and ease of operation 5. Multi channel structure: one valve can obtain two, three, or even four different flow channels, simplifying pipeline system design.

Three way plug valves are suitable for various industrial applications, including but not limited to:
1. High pressure and high temperature environments: working pressure up to 64MPa, maximum working temperature up to 325 degrees
2. High flushing media: suitable for high flushing gas-solid and liquid-solid media, such as PVC, urea anhydride, and caustic soda production equipment
