904L Super Austenitic Plug Valve is engineered with UNS N08904 super austenitic alloy—an ultra-high corrosion-resistant material containing high nickel (24–26%) and molybdenum (4–5%) content. This premium alloy enables the valve to withstand harsh media such as dilute sulfuric acid, chloride solutions, and seawater, outperforming conventional 316L stainless steel in preventing pitting, crevice corrosion, and intergranular corrosion.

The valve adopts a one-piece forged body structure, eliminating welding seams and reducing potential corrosion points. Equipped with PTFE/FEP lined sealing sleeves and flexible graphite packing, it achieves API 598 Class VI zero leakage performance, ensuring reliable shutoff for critical corrosive fluid handling. With pressure ratings up to PN100 and temperature resistance ranging from -20°C to 180°C, it supports manual, pneumatic, and electric drive modes, covering size specifications from DN15 to DN600.
